Our mission is to provide administrative and support services designed to assist in the development, promotion and delivery of quality Texas A&M AgriLife in-person and virtual educational programs. When using Texas A&M AgriLife Events for your registration needs, rest assured you are in good hands so you can focus on the delivery of your program. AgriLife Events will create and manage your online registration, receive and deposit all revenue, process invoice and refund requests, send registration confirmations and receipts, provide to you online access to the registration roster and provide a final accounting reconciliation of your program.
AgriLife Events manages registration for 300+ in-person and virtual programs annually. To best keep track of your program’s needs, we require all correspondence to be sent via email (agriliferegister@tamu.edu). Our goal is to respond to all emails within 1 business day. If you feel your needs are not being addressed promptly, please call the AgriLife Events' office.

When paying online, you will be directed to a secure credit card processor or you may call our office (979-845-2604).
To be formally invoiced for your total due, please email (agriliferegister@tamu.edu) a copy of your purchase order and current signed W9 form from your company.
**IF YOUR COMPANY IS A TEXAS COUNTY OR TEXAS A&M AGRILIFE, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SUBMIT THESE DOCUMENTS.**
Once those documents are received, the official invoice (with an invoice number) will be emailed 2-3 business weeks later. Please do not send payment until you receive the invoice. THE REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION EMAILED TO YOU IS NOT AN INVOICE. IT CONTAINS NO INVOICE NUMBER.
Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service W-9 Form
All wire transfer fees are incurred by the registrant and will not be deducted from the registration fee. Wire transfer instructions will be provided to registrants after registration or upon request by registrants.
After entering your information, you will be asked to select a method of payment. To Receive an Invoice for your total due, you must provide a purchase order and current W9 form from you company. If you do not have a purchase order at the time of registration, please provide as much information as possible and we will contact you. Exempt from providing these documents: Texas A&M AgriLife and Texas Counties.
If you do not have a purchase order, please select another method of payment as an invoice can not be mailed without a purchase order. Once we receive your purchase order, the invoice will be sent 2-3 weeks later. Do not send payment until the invoice is received.
