Our mission is to provide administrative and support services designed to assist in the development, promotion and delivery of quality Texas A&M AgriLife Extension and Texas A&M AgriLife Research workshops and online courses.  When using Extension Conference Services for your registration or event coordination needs, rest assured that you are in good hands. Extension Conference Services offers a multitude of services ranging from event registration, planning and execution, onsite management, and fiscal reconciliation.

Receive an Invoice

To be formally invoiced for your total due, please email (agriliferegister@tamu.edu) a copy of your purchase order and current W9 form from your company.

**IF YOUR COMPANY IS A TEXAS COUNTY OR TEXAS A&M AGRILIFE, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SUBMIT THESE DOCUMENTS.**

Once those documents are received, the invoice will be emailed 1-2 weeks later. Please do not send payment until you receive the invoice. The registration confirmation emailed to you is not an invoice.

Wire Transfer

All wire transfer fees are incurred by the registrant and will not be deducted from the registration fee. Wire transfer instructions will be provided to registrants after registration or upon request by registrants.

How do I complete the online registration?

  • After searching, click the event or online course name.
  • Click "Register" to begin the registration process.
  • Complete the fields.  Fields in red are required.
  • Once you have entered the information, click "Add to Cart" at the bottom of the page.
  • If you registered in error, click on the Trash Can icon to delete the registration, or the Pencil icon to edit your registration.
  • If wanting to register for something else, click "Continue Shopping".  If finished, select your Payment Method:  Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer, Receive An Invoice. You will receive instructions based on the selected method of payment. 
  • If you entered an email address, you will receive a confirmation and receipt to that address.

How do I know that my registration was successfully completed and I am registered for an event?

  • After submitting your registration and/or payment, you are directed to a confirmation page reading "Congratulations!..."
  • If you provided an email address, you will also receive a confirmation by email.
  • If you are not directed to the "Congratulations" page, there has been an error in your registration and you should check your information and try again.

Who do I contact for questions about my registration or payment?

You may contact Conference Services Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. CST at 979-845-2604, or anytime via email at agriliferegister@tamu.edu.

How do I know if my payment has been received?

After Conference Services has received your payment, you will receive a receipt by email if you provided an email address. You will be faxed or mailed a receipt if you did not provide an email address.

Is this site secure for credit card payments?

Yes, our website is protected by the Texas A&M Online Payment Center. Your information will be encrypted for safe transmittal over the Internet.

I prefer to pay by Check or Money Order. How do I do that online?

After entering your information, you will be asked to select a method of payment and will be given instructions where to mail your payment.

I would like to receive an invoice for my registration fee.

After entering your information, you will be asked to select a method of payment. To Receive an Invoice for your total due, you must provide a purchase order and current W9 form from you company.  If you do not have a purchase order at the time of registration, please provide as much information as possible and we will contact you.  Exempt from providing these documents:  Texas A&M AgriLife and Texas Counties.

If you do not have a purchase order, please select another method of payment as an invoice can not be mailed without a purchase order.  Once we receive your purchase order, the invoice will be sent 2-3 weeks later.  Do not send payment until the invoice is received.


Can I register and then pay the fee at the event?

Each event is different. If your event permits, you may pay onsite, but you may be subject to late fees. Please refer to the event information for further detail.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Each event is different. Please refer to the Cancellation and Refund Policy for your event.
 
Should a refund be issued, it will be issued to your original form of payment.  If that original form of payment is a company check, your company must furnish a W9 form.  If a personal check was used as payment, you must furnish a Supplement W9 form that includes the requirement of a Social Security Number.
