About the Workshops

This Workshops series are extended educational opportunities that provide both education on the topic as well as time to design projects to be completed in your community or department. The workshops are designed to guide practitioners, volunteers, park or trail boards, friend groups, and community leaders.

Student Discount

College students are eligible for a $40 discount. To apply, please email abigail.hess@ag.tamu.edu.

Note: Only the first 25 students registered per workshop will be eligible for the discount.

Multi-workshop Discount

Enjoy a $25 discount on every workshop you register for after your first one.

Group Registration Discount

Every additional attendee you register will receive a $25 discount for the first workshop they register for.

After their first workshop, they will be eligible for the Multi-workshop discount.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations received no later than 14 days before the start date of the workshop, will be issued a refund minus a 25% administrative fee.

If a cancellation or refund becomes necessary, please submit a Cancellation or Refund Request.

Refunds typically take 7 – 10 business days to process.

The event organizer reserves the right to cancel the workshop if the minimum number of attendees is not reached. A full refund will be given if the workshop is canceled by the organizer for this reason.
