About the Academy
The Virtual Veterinary Academy offers a comprehensive program designed for aspiring veterinary professionals. To graduate, students must complete four semesters, starting their journey with a designated cohort.

- Fall Semester: Begins the last Monday of August
- Spring Semester: Begins the last Monday of January

- 2025 Payment Deadline: Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025
- 2025 Semester: Monday, Aug. 25, 2025 - Friday, Dec. 12, 2025
2026 Spring Semester
- Registration Period: Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2025 – Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2026 (or until capacity is reached).
- 2026 Payment Deadline: Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2026
- 2026 Semester: Monday Jan. 26, 2026 - Sunday, May 10, 2026

Cancellation and Refunds
Full Refund is allowed up to 10 days after the first live class or the second live class, whichever is longer. If a cancellation or refund becomes necessary, please submit a Cancellation or Refund Request.
Refunds typically take 7 – 10 business days to process.
