About the Course

This short course, named in honor of ranching enthusiast David McKnight, is a critical educational initiative designed to help new and inexperienced landowners understand the fundamentals of natural resource management. Through applied learning and foundational information, the program empowers participants to make financially sound decisions, optimize land productivity, and maximize long-term land stewardship.

By putting the pieces together, landowners gain practical knowledge they can take back to their piece of Texas and apply with confidence.
