Participants will

  • Learn the importance of grading grain,
  • Become familiar with grain grading standards,
  • Develop proper sampling techniques, and
  • Identify different types of damage that occur and their potential impacts on grade and feeding value.

Participants work hands-on with grain samples to enhance the learning experience.
