Southwest Dairy Day is a field day that brings dairy farmers, allied industry professionals, AgriLife extension employees, academics, and students together to learn about the latest technologies in the dairy industry and network.
The main events take place at a venue (i.e., Rita Blanca Coliseum) where sponsors display their products, but there are short bus tours to a nearby dairy farm (i.e., Full Circle Jersey) with 3 stops to highlight some cutting-edge technologies.
