Unrestricted Cash Gift Agreement

The Donor agrees and understands that these funds are unrestricted and that no deliverables, requirements, or program restrictions have been made to the Recipient as a result of this contribution.

The gift will be under the direction of the Plant Pathology and Microbiology Department.

It is understood that final acceptance of this gift is subject to confirmation by the Board of Regents of the Texas A&M University System.
