Have you ever wondered what was the best time of year to stock fish, manage submerged aquatic vegetation, apply a pond dye, add beneficial bacteria, or apply a lime treatment to your pond? If so, you are not alone.
Join AgriLife Extension Specialists Todd Sink and Brittany Chesser as they tag team this webinar on common and perhaps not so common “pond” (fisheries, aquatic vegetation, and water quality) management practices and their timing of application.
Sink and Chesser will cover a multitude of pond management practices and the best time of year to apply them, and more importantly, when these practices should NOT be applied, as they may be ineffective or economically impractical based on the time of year.
By the end of the webinar, attendees will have a well-established calendar of the management practices they should be implementing each month throughout the calendar year.
There will be a 30-minute Q&A session at the conclusion of the webinar.
