Correct identification of the nuisance aquatic plant species to be treated is always the first and most important step in management. With over 600 known species of aquatic vegetation in the state of Texas, this can be a daunting task for aquatic resource managers.
This webinar will cover identification of the most common problematic algae, floating, submerged, and emergent aquatic vegetation species brought to Extension specialists and county agents along with the variety of management options available for these common species.
There will be a 30-minute Q&A session at the conclusion of the webinar.
