Just in time to get ready for the New Year's Resolution, there is no better time to jumpstart your way to a healthier lifestyle. Join Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Service as they start a Step Up & Scale Down Program in Travis County, an innovative 12-week weight management program designed to guide participants toward a healthy weight through nutrition tips, exercise resources, a personalized weight-loss planner and more at the Extension office. The Step Up & Scale Down program is a researched-based program that has proven success in weight management and building healthy lifestyle habits. Based on the USDA 2015 Guidelines, the Step Up & Scale Down program is intended to help Americans choose a healthful eating plan and ultimately reduce obesity in America.
This 12-week series will be a combination of Face-to-Face and online program.
