Texas 4-H Roundup Trade Show is a great way for businesses and universities to meet prospective students, customers, and employees. The youth and adults at 4-H Roundup are very interested in learning about education and career opportunities offered.
Your exhibit must stay in the space you are provided. If there is sound in your booth, it cannot disturb other exhibitors or be heard outside of your booth. The ends of your booth cannot block the aisle view of exhibitors on either side of you. Keep in mind that some exhibitors may set up late. We ask you to please not expand your exhibit past your reserved space.
Advertising/ Marketing Package-$100
This is an opportunity for your organization/company to have added exposure for the 2019 Texas 4-H Roundup Trade Show.
In consideration of this service, exhibitors agree to save harmless, indemnify and release the Texas 4-H Foundation, Texas 4-H Youth and Development Program, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, and the Texas A&M University System and their officers and agents, of and from all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liabilities, theft, vandalism, or similar actions levied against the Texas 4-H Roundup by reason of any transaction, occurrence, or event arising out of or related to the events in any way.
Booth space includes: one 6 ft. draped table, two chairs, electricity, a sign and one parking pass. Security personnel will be provided during the Texas 4-H Roundup.
If a cancellation becomes necessary, please send notification to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations received no later than April 1, 2019 will receive a refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations received April 2-May 1, 2019 will receive a refund minus a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 1.
