Learn coffee skills and economic importance. Course starts with coffee history and includes topics such as:  how coffee production and consumption expanded trough out the world, coffee varieties, production, processing, roasting and cupping. Course includes the opportunity to learn hands on, the basics of roasting coffee and elaboration of coffee profiles.
